Barbera d'Alba superiore DOC La Fiù

○ Grape variety: 100% Barbera only in the best vintages with the use of the ripest bunches (in dialect “fiù”)
○ Vinification: red with maceration on the skins, all in steel with an ageing of 1 year in wood
○ Bottling: May-June after two years from the harvest
○ Available sizes: 0.75 L and 1.5 L bottles

♡ Serving temperature: 16-18°C
♡ Food pairings: Piedmontese mixed boiled meat, game-based dishes

Roero DOCG Gli Scalini

○ Grape variety: 100% Nebbiolo with grapes from a particular vineyard, where due to the steep slope, to make it treatable, it was necessary to develop some steps between one row and another
○ Vinification: red with maceration on the skins, all in steel with an ageing of 1 year in wood
○ Bottling: May-June after two years from the harvest
○ Available sizes: 0.75 L and 1.5 L bottles

♡ Serving temperature: 16-18°C
♡ Food pairings: dishes with truffles, roast meats

Roero Arneis DOCG Matiné

○ Grape variety: 100% Arneis, with grapes harvested from vineyards exposed to east or south-east (in dialect “suri dla matin”) and with a harvest early in the morning
○ Vinification: white with maceration on the skins; all in steel and with a long stop on the pulp
○ Bottling: march – april
○ Available sizes: 0.75 L and 1.5 L bottles
